DAMAGE ITEM

I Just got my birkensrock and damage ung item walang dikit ung gilid ng sandal ko. Palitan niyo yung item. Im not happy sa item na nareceive ko. Bara bara din ung box sira sira. I will call customee service too. First time ko pa naman umorder sa Zalora akala lo okay pero hindi!
