My television shuts off constantly after 1 year of purchase

The picture goes out every other month with this television. I have reached out to the company via email and messaging and no one has returned my call. This has been going on for months now. I feel robbed . User’s recommendation: Do not buy.

The automated voice recording keeps telling me the office hours are closed no matter what time of day I call I have been calling now for several weeks

The on off button and volume buttons on the remote control no longer function. Only can turn the TV on or off and you have to buy them on the TV

Get another remote its broken

An automated voice picked up and told me that all agents were busy with other customers. I received this message several times and then was told by the same automated voice that “I’m sorry there is no one available to assist me and to please call back”. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother.
