Good quality service but i expected my refund money is put on my given bank account. Zalora put it in my store credit

Please be careful when you are returning items for refund because they will promised you that they will return it just after 1-2 days but will leave you nor stop emailing you and will not updated you

It’s 5 days ago but I still don’t have my refund. But they emailed me for confirmation that they’ve already processed it. I asked them about it, but they never get back on me. It’s a trick.
