I made an order with the incorrect shipping address. I immediately contacted Wayfair via online chat and telephone to correct the address and no help was provided. I made a few more calls and was asked if I was canceling the order. Wayfair was of no assistance on those numerous attempts. I asked for a call back...

My ordered which was placed in early July and was to be delivered on 7/17/21 is now scheduled to be delivered on 8/2/21. This is unacceptable!
Shipping to wrong address. Returned to sender. Everything was corrected. Just wish it could have been stopped sooner. I called to correct within 1 hour of mistake and they couldnt do anything until it was just about to the wrong address.
One big part was damaged, and the little one had some scratches, The corner of the sides was cracked!!
I have a piece of furniture that I paid to put together and it is very small and poor quality, I don’t know how I can return to Fed ex I cannot pay somebody again to take it apart

Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
