Rented a car from them on 15th Dec 2020 for 21 days and returned on 4th Jan 2021 for a period of 21days with full rental amount in advance along with the Deposit of 1500 Dirhams. But out of 1500 Dirhams they just transfer me Sr847.00 without giving any details.

Security deposit issue

More than month now and they just fool that security deposit has been transferred and is under process. Please help what should I do


On 28.02 we arrived in the evening in Asian Food, located in Glendale Plaza. First of all, I was shocked by the fact that there was already a "balagbaums" at the entrance, which was explained by the fact that there was no place.. although in fact there were places.... Secondly and mainly the day that was brought was not fresh. burned, the vegetables were dried, there was a feeling that this portion had been prepared in the morning, only now a couple of pieces of meat were present and served. to which I, of course, replied that I am dissatisfied... The place to deal with emergencies, the inconvenience of the administrator sent to the table back to the waiter with a question.. do I want this the situation is resolved, then the administrator comes...What a shame! The administrator should have come to our table right away and deal with the issue, not send a waiter... We would be left with a very unpleasant afternoon.. if we serve an uncomfortable day, then, at least, don't be so brazen and ask "Are you bored?" to decide that this was the last time we were at this institution. But that wasn't the end of it either, we came home and both of us run to the toilet with a friend on shifts, because both of them are on strike (both of them are the same), they both have an acute enter.! Fantastic Saturday night! By the way, this is not the first time that there are problems right in this institution - Asian Food Glendale Plaza!
