Called on 7/26/21 around noon. Spoke with three (3) very professional service reps. However, on 2 of the calls when the Customer Service Representative went off-phone to do research the phone connection was lost. This was frustrating because I had to give the same information to all the reps in order for the problem to be researched....

I ordered a chest that was almost $500 but arrived damaged. WayFair sent over a replacement which was also damaged although the product was packed better for shipping. User’s recommendation: Check where production of item is beforehand.

Poor service
Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
