No return call

Chair is not working. It is stuck in the recline position. We have checked all connections. As you can see from pictures everything has power but chair will not move to sitting position. User’s recommendation: I was told you would call back within 3 days. No one has contacted & my husband is disabled. He needs this... Read more ➤
The lights would not come on when switched to on button as recommended . Assembly was easy but a lot of lights out of 24 were defective User’s recommendation: Do not buy this product.
Handle broke off of cabinet only after a few months of purchase. Poor design of handles. Cabinet itself is of good quality.
TrFirst off. I wouldnt say I was pissed, lol. But I would have if it hadnt been for Stefanie given g me such a fabulous return experience. Thank you so much for the no fuss resolution! User’s recommendation: Trust your purchase will be backed by satisfaction guarantee.

Item late

Needed this order yesterday, as was stated before purchasing. Apparently the bar code was unreadable. If I dont receive tomorrow, I will cancel order. User’s recommendation: Disappointed in delivery.

Poor service

Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
