I made an order and the chairs that I bought were supposed to arrive around July 21st and now they have changed the date to Nov 02. Far stretch from July to November
Part one of 4 of an order was shipped to old address, rest should be coming to new address? I hope that the first part will be picked up and delivered to correct address. Would save a 100 miles round trip drive. User’s recommendation: If you have moved, double check your “my account” shipping and billing addresses.

Waiting on delivery

Wanted to return item

I was very disappointed in the delivery service that was provided by FedEx by of Wayfair. It was not clear an exact fee needed to be paid in order to have items delivered on the inside of home. This does not make any sense to me but Im willing to pay for that part of service. The... Read more ➤

Pricing of mattress

I called because I noticed that the receipt for my mattress was incorrect. The charge for the mattress should be $233 and I paid $306 plus tax. This is a huge difference in price and I feel I am owed a refund. Id appreciate it if you would take care of this ASAP.

Poor service

Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
