There should be a consultant 24 hours to help with anything. We cannot wait until 8am in the morning,the offices can close but someone should be on standby 24/7. The automated answering machine is not userfriendly and doesn’t give you many options then it cut you off.

I stopped receiving monthly statements. I contacted the branch who requested additional documentation. This was sent through. I phoned the branch, in January who said it was all sorted out. Since them I have been phoning and emailing and not receiving any responses. Today I was waiting on phone for over 20 minutes and then gave up.
