I am getting annoyed with this company.. My old 3g phone was going out.. They sent me a umx phone.. 4g.. Signal strength not good.. Keeps breaking up.. Can’ t talk at all to people sometimes.. Assurance Wireless Phone plan

i am on the untimed plan but not getting on my phone at all i call for help, and they like to keep me on hold forever and never fix the problem also tell me what i have left

My phone don’t work and I talk to someone about it and they was going to send me another one My battery don’t hold a charger

My phone has stopped working for phoning. I cant figure out why. Does this have something to do with the change from Sprint to T-Mobile? Or is this something I can address through settings? User’s recommendation: If something has changed to about to change that requires the customer to take action they should be notified multiple times.

On the 3rd of august my plan was changed without my knowledge of it being changed. I would like the unlimited talk, text, & data plan back as soon as possible. Ive had no data since it changed. Not too happy.

Ignorance of the language

While traveling on the international train Riga-Valga, I felt ashamed of our conductors. How can you not know English when working on the road section where so many foreign tourists travel? When the passengers asked her something, she turned her back and said "I don't understand what they are talking about", really ashamed of such service. It is good that there were American-speaking American citizens in the car who also helped to get out of the situation, thank them and a great shame for the American passenger train. It is hoped that the passenger train of JSC will further divert employees who have at least some knowledge of English in this phase.
