The only complaint I have is that I had to complete this form before getting my call through to wayfair AND that the label was not readily available as it has been in the past.
This company provides the best customer service I have ever used. I made a mistake on my order and they immediately corrected it for me. Will always order what I need through Wayfair. If everyone was assisted the way they helped me there were never be an unhappy customer. User’s recommendation: Use this company.
Actually! The cover may be an extra charge. We dont know? But usually the service is hand down the best. We will wait to hear if it is included or not. Par User’s recommendation: Great people to work with.
Poor service
Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
