Viewing Payment History/App

I called boost mobile C.S. and called physical locations to send me an invoice of my bill/payment history and the wont. I can’t even see my history on the app. They have not fixed that either. Bad COP

Can’t understand c/s rep

Need this issue fixed ASAP. Im notable to place or receive calls without a foreign voice saying this now belongs to Verizon followed by s random number then the phrase switch than is says goodbye and is switch. User’s recommendation: 5.
