During my recent financial transaction with Wayfair. I noticed that additional funds was taken out of my checking account Without my Authorization. Subsequently, my balanced was paid in full. User’s recommendation: Always read the fine print.
The customer service rep was great! I received an extra item that I did not order. She arranged for the extra item to be picked up by Wayfair, and said that if this item was not picked up within 2 weeks, I should donate the item. User’s recommendation: This company is very customer service oriented!
Poor service
Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman.
