Do not purchase their gift cards. Put in for two disputes over two years ago. Someone made purchases on both cards and wiped them clean. I emailed and made copies and mailed them directly. Never even responded to me. Im beginning to think they might have taken the money.

card took first time at Zales, and not enough credit foor extra purchase, cancelled order to proceed with ring purchase and now account is frozen. User’s recommendation: If an order is canceled you should be able to redo your previous order.
The website is broken so I can’t check my balance. 10% fee on a $50 card is outrageous. A check would’ve been infinitely better.
