None of the customer service numbers work – after a few rings the call disconnects. When on a chat with customer service I was referred to a legal service that wants you to pay to ask a question. Customer service chat “person” did not help at all. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase any Vanilla Visa card products.

i would like to know why they took lots of money off of my daughters christmas gift card for User’s recommendation: always check your kids balance on their cards no matter how old they are.
