Purchased a $100.00 Vanilla Visa gift card from CVS Pharmacy's. When trying to purchase with the card, I was notified there is no credit available, I should contact my bank. ..I filed a complaint with "INCOMM" in Georgia, and was notified it will take 90 days for dispute resolution., Never purchase a "VANILLA GIFT CARD FROM CVS.. User's recommendation: Never purchase a "VANILLA GIFT CARD".
