Keep getting error “A system error has occurred. Please try again later.”

Keep trying to check the balance on a Visa Vanilla gift card (debit) and for two days now it keeps reporting “A system error has occurred. Please try again later.”. When logging in it says the card details are invalid and that I need to call customers service. Even after refreshing the page and trying it multiple times it says the same thing.
