Lost card unable to get replaced

I've been trying to get a card replaced since 1/12/2021. I've given the information and proof of purchase they asked for. They keep telling me they didn't get an email. I keep sending the email. Then they say they're go call banking services. I asked for the fraud department and was told they couldn't give me the number. User's recommendation: Stop purchasing these cards.
