I’ve received multiple items from them either with holes (moth holes?) or dirty.

I called the number given for customer service. The message said to leave a message only if it had to do with hard-of-hearing communication. They said no other requests would be dealed with and calls would not be returned. User’s recommendation: Don’t do business with thredUP.

Prices were differnt what was on website

The prices that were shown in red was not the same at check out. The cords were marked 18:00 and showed up much higher. They are very used as stated but at 18:00 that would be alright. I want to SPEAK to someone Thank you Pissed off customer
