I scheduled an appointment, paid 20 dollars to secure it, drove 30 minutes to reach their location, and got stood up. No one picks up the phone at their site and no one picks up the phone at headquarters. Disappointed. User’s recommendation: Try someone else.
This is the second time Im reaching out to customer service here. I am very upset with my service and now Im upset with the lack of customer service.
I picture people worker would not let me use my $100 picture people gift card fit my session this past Sunday that I paid $285.37 for. Also did not have a good experience with the photographer.
