The product doesnt work and their website is constantly down. This makes it impossible to operate the product. *** product and horrible website, not to mention the non-existant customer support make this the worst solution for a bedwetting parent. Try asking fro a refund and they just hangup. Shameless people. Bad company with fraud tactics. Stay away.
Paid over $300 for 3 of these and paid $150 for shipping. Its been a month and they havent shipped anything. Just sent me an empty envelope and used that as proof of tracking and shipping. Emyto box!!! I am disputing with my credit card. Shame on you guys for this scam.
Typical of scam artists. Took money and never shipped. idputed with credit card, they refunded, then few weeks later charged agagin. This keeps going on. They dont give up and have now signed me up for auto payments. Scammers.
