Company is run by crooks. I returned a $500 alarm (includes 2-way shipping) and never received my refund. They said that I did not send it back. I lost tracking number and the guys there ignore me. Cheap products, bad support and fraud business that is Therapee. Bad company.
Purchased on March 2, 2019. Now it is 50 days past, still no product. No response from company either and no refund on card. Opened dispute and they responded that it is in transit. Still in transit 50 days later. I want my money you guys are scammers and con artists.
