Poor production

I have been buying the 10ct boxes of Citrus Crystal light for years. I go through one box every other day. Each box has a different flavor. One box will be bland while another box is sometimes sour. Lack of availability of crystal light raspberry ice tea.

Customer service rep assured me it had not been discontinued but they were having difficulties with production. It was suggested I be patient.

Unopenable drink packets

Your packets are unopenable. Please fix them. They really suck. No one i work with all ages and strengths cannot open you packets without using a scissors. Again they are terrible.i will stop buying your product if i dont hear back from you Jesse lamb User’s recommendation: Dont buy them.
