I purchased from the website but they never shipped me the item. I have reached out to them and they said it was not in stock and that they would ship it. 2 months later, they shipped me an empty box and it reached. They said they were sorry as that was for another customer and my order would be shipped in a few days. 3 months later, they stopped attending my calls. Credit card can not be disputed now. I am under $400. Plus they have charged me recurring billing for their website software access at $30/month. I am filing a complain with FTC for fraud. Not the only one who got scammed this way.
