Our pediatrician recommended Therapee by name so even though I was skeptical I decided to give it a try. Its more expensive than the typical alarms but I respect our pediatrician and our son is 9 and we were desperate. He went from an every day wetter to having dry nights after the first week. He still had some accidents on and off but the online program and the progress charts were really encouraging to him. He looked forward to marking his chart each morning and seeing his starts build up. After about 4 weeks he had more dry nights than wet. We are on week 8 or 9. He has been dry for almost 3 weeks without any accidents now. His confidence is up. It was actually worth it. When he has completed the program we will use it for our daughter who is younger as well.
