Poor phone contact poor mngr knowledge of mattress’

Return of 4 yr old very bad defective mattress most likely from deliver staff falling on top of it on 4 stairs and thought it was funny! Horrible customer warrenty service and wrong box springs for your mattress

I had a severely 4 yr old defective mattress that caused my hips to torque! The mngr knew almost nothing about back pls and the proper mattress for you!
