Horrible- Customer service said “Steve Steinhafel” may or may not call you back- no upper management

I purchased the Villa Sofa KSU/DES/VSN 35139****at the end of August After 2 months, I noticed the pillows on the back were quickly deteriorating and losing their shape and the fabric of the entire sofa was rapidly starting to pill along with a squeak in the back when you sit on it. The accent pillows were deflated and the brand new couch looked at least 3 years old. I called and Steinhafels send a service man out who promised to replace the pillow with a better stuffing and order new covers. This has been 6 weeks ago and the couch has been deteriorating further. Note: I live alone - just me. Not a lot of wear and tear. After further assessment, I called to say it doesn't matter if you replace the inside filling or the fabric covers, this couch is going to fall apart quickly and this is a temporary remedy for a bigger problem. The customer service person, Tim said he would inquire and call me back offering either a replacement, refund or store credit. I received none of those options. In fact, I asked to speak with someone above him and he said he would relay the message but it was unlikely anyone would call me back. He mentioned Steve Steinhafel and said, it is unlikely. $800 sofa that falls apart after 4 months. I asked if he found that acceptable and he said he trusted the Service rep who said it was fixable. Then he hung up on me. Do not do business there. I had bought things in the past and they worked out with my small kids at the time and lasting up to 4 years until they fall apart. I never should have gone back but Milwaukee doesn't offer a lot of options. Think twice - they don't care about customer service or fixing what is right and standing behind their products.
