We recently moved into our newly built home. We purchased a mattress from Steinhafels. It was a nightmare! Delivery #1 - the delivery guys scratched our brand new bedroom set (which was not purchased from Steinhafels). They also ripped the mattress. See pics! Delivery #2 - the delivery guys came back to replace the ripped mattress. Check out how careful they were...see light they bent. I called the manager and explained our nightmare. No reimbursement for damaging a new bedroom set, bending our light. He did let me know they will be doing training for delivery people. They can do all the training they want; we will not purchase a thing from that store. Absolute nightmare. Completely careless. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Steinhafels.
