Horrible customer warrenty service and wrong box springs for your mattress

I had a severely 4 yr old defective mattress that caused my hips to torque! The mngr knew almost nothing about back pls and the proper mattress for you! This is something all mattress people should be trained especially a mngr! He exchanged in with a 120 guaranty and it had micro coils in the center third that caused severe pain in my back legs wher I could not walk! Picked out another and got lucky with a young girl who knew her mattress and it’s being exchanged for a BR hybrid half foam half coils! This girl from the waukesha store should be training the mngr and all staff! She called last night said she would call me today and was so rude said she was busy with other customers but I reminded her she said she would call me as delivery is set for tomorrow! She wasn’t nice at all when I highly commended her to the owner and her mngr! I am concerned as their delivery had damaged on mattress Geneva Lakes 4 yrs old badly by falling in it on 4 stairs and the catching the mattress protector on the zipper so it needs replacing! My concern is that the mngr told me any box spring is ok the girl said no you only buy the box spring for your mattress! I have all sku numbers ready to check and the had better be right plus I bought another box spring for a mattress that wasn’t slept on and 10 yrs old if it works great if not then I will change the guest room to another mattress this one being changed is my room! Why are people so rude and nickel dime you to death when the pain you had was from the Simmons defective mattress the delivery guys fell on laughing! After 4 yrs in pain I am not laughing! Steve train your people for the right mattress for people with back issues as we don’t always know until 120 days but your mngr should have known not to change it for the micro coils or BR black continuous coil or 1000 coil bed as it’s going to hurt me more! Take pictures of your back on both sides of the bed before buying!
