Dissatisfied with work

Find Kevin, the owner, makes lots of promises. Hard to get a hold of. Finally got his company to do cement. It has been 7 days since this company tore up an old wooden sidewalk on my property and replaced it with concrete. Part of the agreement was that they remove the old wood.
