Phone order placed was cancelled within the hour. I never received email confirmation (of both original order when placed and cancellation of order). Parts arrived anyway. Customer rep added parts I didn’t ask for. Price was high compared to other sources. User’s recommendation: Find parts elsewhere. I recommend Amazon.

I need to order something so l can use my microwave l had one just like it but this one does not have the metal underneath

Ordered burner grates for a stove on June 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered June 8th. Was never delivered. I was given the same “system” down story that many reviewers have recounted. Sent me a broken glass cooktop and refused to do anything about it. contacted UPS and they sent I back to them but Sears is still billing me for it. I am in dispute with credit card c o and have PROOF OF DELIVERY FROM UPS. User’s recommendation: Be very careful if you do business with them.

Sears has not returned my call in a timely fashion. I need the part that I ordered but have not received User’s recommendation: Don’t do business with sears. They don’t return phone calls.

I have repeatedly reached out through their chat and 800 numbers regarding a refund due to parts back order and been told every time the server is down User’s recommendation: avoid at all costs due to trust and no escalation path.

Parts ordered on June 14 2021 for delivery in four days. Not received then. Called and cancelled order with Trisa. #W328150. Okayed by her, I received parts anyway after 12 days. Do not need parts now. Want to return for full credit. Send a return number and return address . Thank you; Art Olson
