Cancelled order still arrived. Poor customer service. High prices. Long delivery time.

Phone order placed was cancelled within the hour. I never received email confirmation (of both original order when placed and cancellation of order). Parts arrived anyway. Customer rep added parts I didn’t ask for. Price was high compared to other sources. User’s recommendation: Find parts elsewhere. I recommend Amazon.

Product never shipped, Order canceled, no refund

Ordered burner grates for a stove on June 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered June 8th. Was never delivered. I was given the same “system” down story that many reviewers have recounted. Never can speak to a live person and if you do they hang up on you.

Sent me a broken glass cooktop and refused to do anything about it. contacted UPS and they sent I back to them but Sears is still billing me for it. I am in dispute with credit card c o and have PROOF OF DELIVERY FROM UPS. User’s recommendation: Be very careful if you do business with them.
