Duplicate order and duplicate charge

Duplicate order charged twice . Could not speak to anyone . VERY FRUSTRATING, MAY NOT ORDER AGAIN !!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Also was charged shipping when was not supposed to be .. ritual assist sucked User’s recommendation: Beware of customer service.
