I was having difficulty connecting Sonos to a Vizeo television. In the end, the Sonos customer service worked patiently through all the issues, taking nearly an hour to do so. At least in my case, i am a very satisfied customer.

This company has known issues with their equipment and they don’t take care of their customers. Optical cord port broke on the unit just a bit out of warranty – it’s a known issue.
