When I placed my order, I was suppose to receive 20% off with the code I used. No I dont remember what the code was. I did not receive any discount nor have I received my order.
I was searching track number, couldn’t find it, told it didn’t exist yet I had my receipt. Vitual assistants were awful, live chat disconnected from me twice. Finally got the products I ordered which I am very happy with but your customer service is terrible User’s recommendation: Real people.
