They are supposed to have a fix for bluetooth and internet. I am to call back Monday. Hope this works, love the pit Boss Laredo1000 for cooking.

Pit boss replied very quickly and asked for my address. They have ordered a new screen to be sent to my home! I am so far, very pleased with their speed of response and willingness to help me! If this changes, or I never receive the screen, I will update this review.
My pit boss can not hold heat or can regulated it is hard to cook meat with out these features all issues have been tried User’s recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE NO HELP WITH ISSUES.
