Just got my Pit Boss 850 in June and the starter and the auger buttons don’t working all the time. The film over the button is cloudy. I bought it at Lowes and they put it together. How can this be fixed?

I got the Laredo 1000 with the Bluetooth and it didnt work the app kept turning the grill off and wouldnt produce a lot of smoke so I returned it and got the Austin 1000 and I love it !
