Hopper blockage

My auger keeps jamming up every time I do it long smoke. I’ve had to remove the auger and clean it out at least 3 times in the last 4 months

Leaking grease

When i use the smoker, grease is leaking from between the barrel of the grill and the wood pellet. The actual drip bucket does nothing. I have sent numerous photos on 3 occasions to their web site. Checking on my part

They told me my part would be here 5to 7 days and it still not here I want to know where my part is I use my grill 5 are 6 times a week and I cant use it because my part hasnt made it to me yet
