Error Code first burn off

Customer service representative was great. Just frustrated having spent lots of money on a grill that needs a new part and has been sent to me that may or may not fix the problem.

Bad quality smoker pellets

Put boss contacted me an let me know that I should just return the hickory smoker pellets back to the store that I bought them. They think it might be due to improper storage User’s recommendation: Open the bag of pellets right when u get home and check them.

Bad grill

Have yet to resolve the problem. The grill has not worked done receiving as a Fathers Day gift. Has never been used. Have spoke several times and replaced part which did not resolve issue. User’s recommendation: Won’t resolve issues. Refer u to place of purchase.
