First off I was pissed. The phone rang twice and within 2 minutes he solved the problem. Very pleased with tech support
My replacement control module was the wrong one and didn’t work properly. My original control unit failed, called costumer service, they sent replacement. The new one didn’t have the ‘p’ setting, but had a thermo probe. After installation, new control would run fine for roughly 8-10 minutes, then kill power to entire unit (auger, fan and display)....
