Incorrectly states a digital coupon must be down loaded to your phone not store card which is in correct. User’s recommendation: Avoid store, digital coupons don’t work. If you have a problem a not to bright night manager will not to able to help you.

Incident location your Sayville store on Sunrise Hwy..Down loaded a digital coupon to my card. It didnt work. Night manager incorrectly states oh no digital coupon MUST be down loaded to your card. User’s recommendation: Avoid talking to night manager.

The customer service rep answered and then we were disconnected as soon as I said the issue of point balance. Weird!!!

I cannot change my payment information on the app therefore I cannot buy groceries. Your customer service toll-free number has no information on how to do this and I cant reach a real person service is horrible User’s recommendation: Don’t go here.
