Had a board go bad for the screen and the company jumped right on it and shipped one out, I havent received it yet but they moved very quickly upon my communications with them User’s recommendation: Great sustainer service so far.
Customer service gave me no ideas on how to fix it, he stated he didnt think it was the fuse since the power is on but would send me something to look at for troubleshooting. He sent me a link on how to check the fuse only. WTF User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a pitboss.
