I'm disappointed with this i-store. I bought a laptop there almost two years ago, but he broke down shortly before the end of the warranty period. I took it away, gave me a deed of acceptance, which said that the computer would not be with them for more than 30 days. From the beginning, I wasn't at peace because I didn't expect additional expenses for another computer. But then I found a better offer in another store and agreed to return the money. Turns out, that it's not that simple! You have to write a preliminary application to the director, return the original check... and then wait! No indication of how long everything would happen was given to me. I wrote an application to the director to get my money back. Probably the director has not read the application, because I have been waiting for my money for 5 days. For unknown reasons, this does not happen in cash, only by transfer to an account... I write an e-mail this morning, the answer as always remains in the sky! (Although the "Ask a question" section says that the answer will be within 2 hours on weekdays) This whole thing is from the beginning of August. Now November is...
