They won’t supply item that was missing on our RV at the time of purchase

We purchased a 2020 Arctic Fox 27-5l 5th wheel made by Northwoodl from Lazydays in June 2020. There was no screen on the bedroom slide out window and we have been getting the runaround from Lazydays for over 10 months trying to get a screen. Bad attitude poor service

Slide pulled the flooring up and rolled it back Justin the service guy from north wood accuses us of leaving something on the floor and that we need to prove hes wrong Also he states that because they tested the slide in Winter … (we took delivery in Nov 2019 )……
