Took my $10,000 upgrade money and did not give me what was promised.

Palace lied to me. Flat out lied to me to get the 10,000 down payment on an upgrade. Tried repeatedly to contact. They leave you after they have your money. User’s recommendation: beware beware ripoffs ripoff artists.

Trying to contact to book a wedding
