I subscribed to the sports channels on pelha which have now been removed. They were replaced with some movie channels and I also had to go out of pocket and subscribe to the entertainment package to get something watchable. I was assured that this will be my package indefinitely unless I decide to cancel. Come 15th July, everything has been wiped off my subscription I have 2 news channels I can watch ie BBC and CNN...I can get them without paying fyi . I call [protected] which is the normal number for subscribed members and it's been switched off. I call the "platinum" number @10.00 which is the time they open and I'm told to wait for 1hr and 20mins. I need this crap off my house and I want compensation for your incompetent service
