They lack general knowledge of their product/services/promos—inconsistent and misinform customer/subscribers. They are a complete waste of time, your complaints are not resolved even after several calls. Increase subscription fee without informing the subscriber, if you request for a monthly digital statement or bill to be sent via email, they tell you to check your account via online.... Read more➤

I’m very much disappointed in the service you are providing as i filed for a complaint a multiple times and every time a customer service agent promises to solve it, but unfortunately in vain… the first complaint was aboit the remote control which doesn’t work effectively from day one. I'm disappointed with this i-store. I bought a laptop there almost two years ago, but he broke down shortly before the end of the warranty period. I took it away, gave me a deed of acceptance, which said that the computer would not be with them for more than 30 days. When 30 days had passed and neither news nor memories, I thought to call, which failed, because all the operators were busy all day. I wrote an email with no response. Practice another. Then, after a day, they called back and announced that they would not be able to repair the computer and offered to return half the money or buy another computer from them. From the beginning, I wasn't at peace because I didn't expect additional expenses for another computer. But then I found a better offer in another store and agreed to return the money. Turns out, that it's not that simple! You have to write a preliminary application to the director, return the original check... and then wait! No indication of how long everything would happen was given to me. I wrote an application to the director to get my money back. Probably the director has not read the application, because I have been waiting for my money for 5 days. For unknown reasons, this does not happen in cash, only by transfer to an account... I write an e-mail this morning, the answer as always remains in the sky! (Although the "Ask a question" section says that the answer will be within 2 hours on weekdays) This whole thing is from the beginning of August. Now November is... Be smart and let no one break because otherwise....
