Took 20 minutes for front desk to come to check me in. After checking in I looked at room and it was dirty and not acceptable for my family. Not up to Wyndham standards. Had to go across the highway and check in with your competitor. I would like my points back.

I booked a room online but was told that I couldn’t go to the room because it wasn’t time but this was after I booked the room and paid my money online… moral of the story its 4 months later and i have yet to receive a refund. I cancelled it but didn’t receive my money
I called and canceled my reservation on Friday morning because I checked out of the hotel the reservation was for sat and I was still charged but this charge was done at 7:40 pm I never checked into the hotel but because my card was on file they used it and took the money off card for... A smoky offer that wasn't smoky :(

I am writing a complaint on this site for the first time in my life because I never wanted to spend I see my precious time for something like that, but now I see, there is always the first time in my life.
