Terrible service in check in didn’t get room I reserved and my grandson had to sleep on the floor

Dont stay at Monaca Fairfield Inn and suites. They dont care about their customers. Rooms are dirty not prepared for guests and not the ones you reserved. User’s recommendation: Don’t stay here.

Unable to get help from staff

Terrible customer service. I was lied to by staff, about my room rate. I want my refund. It wasn’t right to be told one thing, and it was changed all of a sudden.i User’s recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend.

Complaints against extremely rude management attitude.

I even dialled 911 from my hotel room but they for some reason pulled out the line of the number of the phone which was in my room. User’s recommendation: Please do not stay here, terrible customer service from the front desk.
