Smoker trouble

The smoker was working fine but now it wont turn on. Ive checked and double checked the wire connections and they are fine. I have also switched outlets but to no avail.

Defective controller

Smoker used MAYBE 3 times before dad went to nursing home. Stored in garage. We take it out to use it and doesnt work- inside is sparkling clean . So not sure why the electrical part sucks User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

Smoker won’t heat up properly

Smoker wont work

This company suck…they sell total junk! Bought this yesterday spent hours putting it together and the controller and fan doesn’t work. Tried to contact company with no luck. Their customer service is crap!!! User’s recommendation: No way!

Need new control panel

When turn on smoker it beeps then shows a NOUN error code or display is out also. We look to replace control panel but they out of stock. Looked at another site and control panel is half the price of the whole smoker. Not a happy customer.
