New smoker not working

Bad product, NO customer support, can’t call Masterbuilt and talk to a technical person. I am shocked that stores like Home Depot and Lowes and Cabelas carry this company’s products. User’s recommendation: Don’t Buy.

On off button on top box melted

The button on the on-off switch on the top box melted, and the grill will not come on. I don’t know if this is under warranty or not, I got the grill on 3-21-21 at Walmart

Terrible product along with terrible service

I bought the masterbuilt air fryer EF13G1D directly from masterbuilt. It came with the wrong feet to hold a unit up. Instead of them shipping me a new product and having me ship this defective product back. They want me to destroy it and then to dispose of it then they will give me my money back.... Read more➤

Can’t just have a simple phone call to help resolve problem.

Product disappointment.

The temp read out display is junk. Can’t read the numbers on the display. Your app is awful. Very disappointed. Thin User’s recommendation: Think twice. Good luck getting ahold of someone in customer service.
